Do you ever just feel blah? You know, that heavy, dragging feeling you get in your body and soul? It’s a pretty crappy feeling, isn’t it? Well, I have just the cure you’ve been looking for. Juice! No, I’m not talking about the sugar-filled liver harming junk you get from the grocery store. That stuff may be great for Mimosa’s, just ask my Mom, but it’s not great for your body. You know what is great for your body though? Fresh juiced juice, and this is where my trusty Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000-Watt Juice Extractor comes in. It’s pricey, but my god has it reliably produced awesome juice for close to a decade. It’s time to cleanse that blah feeling right out of your body! Ingredients (2 Servings)

    • 1 Head of Broccoli
    • 1 Bushel of Red Grapes
    • 2 Cucumbers
    • 1 Lemon, Peeled

Directions:

  • Place a grocery bag in pulp container for pulp disposal, and easier clean up.
  • Juice Broccoli, Red Grapes, Cucumbers & Lemon on low. ***TIP***
  • Whisk juice to blend.
  • To maximize nutrient value, it’s best to consume within 20 minutes of Juicing.

***Fruits and vegetables start to lose nutrients once cut. It’s ideal to cut just prior to juicing.
